Meet the Team
Yasmin Dale
Rec2Rec is headed up by Yasmin Dale, a seasoned recruitment professional with a career spanning internationally over the past 10 years. Primarily the bulk of Yasmin’s career has been within the Rec2Rec industry, enabling her to have a high degree of experience, knowledge and ultimately networks across the Australian market place. Yasmin has worked for a number of reputable firms throughout her career including owning her own recruitment business at the age of 28. Yasmin joined Rec2Rec at the commencement of 2010.
Ayesha Pereira
Prior to working in Rec2Rec, Ayesha functioned as a Sales Executive for a company generating business in commercial real estate and a Finance Recruiter for K2 recruitment. She has worked in sales for 10 years and has been part of the Rec2Rec team since early 2010. Ayesha has successfully placed many industry professionals ranging from Entry Level through to Branch Management. Ayesha has developed a profound understanding of what criteria good recruiters must occupy to be considered worthy of candidacy.
